Cancellation & Refund Policy

COOKIERUSH LLP is committed to providing a seamless customer experience and maintains a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms:


• Cancellation Requests: Cancellations are accepted only if requested immediately after placing an order. Requests cannot be processed once an order has been communicated to our vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.


• Perishable Goods: Due to their nature, COOKIERUSH LLP does not accept cancellations for perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items). However, we offer refunds or replacements if the customer demonstrates that the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.


• Damaged or Defective Items: Please report any damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. Claims will be processed once the merchant verifies the defect.


• Product Discrepancies: If a product does not match the website description or meet your expectations, you must notify Customer Service on the same day of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution.


• Warranty Claims: For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.


• Refund Processing: Upon approval of a refund by COOKIERUSH LLP, please allow 16 to 30 business days for the transaction to be processed and reflected in your account.
